Thank you for shopping with Keeping Peace with Diabetes™. We appreciate your support and want you to feel confident when purchasing our digital wellness products.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products

Keeping Peace with Diabetes™ currently offers digital products, including wellness journals, affirmation collections, printable worksheets, planners, and educational resources.

All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

2. Digital Purchases and Refunds

All digital product sales are generally final once the purchased files have been delivered or made available for download.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not ordinarily offer refunds or exchanges for:

Changes of mind after purchase.
Accidental purchases.
Failure to review the product description before purchasing.
Preference for a printed or physical product instead of a digital download.
Incompatibility with software or devices when product requirements were accurately disclosed.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights provided by applicable law.

3. Download or File Issues

We want every customer to receive the digital products they purchase.

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us:

Your download link is missing or does not work.
Your purchased file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
You received an incorrect product.
Your purchase is missing files listed in the product description.
You were charged more than once for the same order.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement file, a new download link, or a refund when warranted.

4. How to Request Assistance or a Refund

Please email hello@keepingpeacewithdiabetes.com with the following information:

Your name and order number.
The email address used at checkout.
The product purchased.
A brief description of the problem.
A screenshot of any error message, if available.

We may request additional information to verify the purchase or investigate the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Digital Download Delivery

After completing your purchase, you should receive two separate emails:

Email 1 — Order Confirmation: Contains your purchase details.

Email 2 — Digital Download: Contains the link to access and save your purchased files.

If you do not receive your download email, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

6. Product Descriptions and Compatibility

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before purchasing.

Our products are generally provided in PDF format. Some files are designed for printing, while others may offer digital viewing or interactive features.

Not all PDFs are editable or fillable. Product-specific features will be described on the applicable product page.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their devices and software can open standard PDF files.

7. Personal Use and Digital Product Ownership

Purchasing a digital product grants the customer permission to use the purchased files for personal, noncommercial purposes.

Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced for commercial use, or publicly shared without prior written authorization from Keeping Peace with Diabetes™.

8. Changes to This Policy

Keeping Peace with Diabetes™ reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy as needed.

Any updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. The policy applicable to a purchase will be subject to applicable law and the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
