Return and Refund Policy

At Keeping Peace with Diabetes, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1. Terms of Return

•  Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original sealed packaging
•  Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after deliveries are not eligible for return or refund.

2. State of Return 

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• In original sealed packaging.
• Free from any signs of tampering or damage.
•  With all original labels and tags attached.

3. Reason for Return

Returns will only be accepted for the following reasons:

•  Defective or damaged items upon delivery
•  Incorrect product received

4. Process for Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at hello@keepingpeacewithdiabetes.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions. Ship the item back to us at the provided return address. Keep the tracking number for your return shipment.

5. Process of Refund

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
•  Approved refunds will be processed within seven business days to the original payment method.
•  Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e g, Wrong or defective item).
